1  How much will I have to pay?
  We cannot give a price for customising/creating a bespoke mirror as there are so many variables to take into account, this is why we ask you to fill in the form.

  2  When do I have to Pay?
  We require a 50% deposit on order.
  3  How long will it take?
  Each mirror is handcrafted and will take approximately 8/12 weeks from the time of order.
 
  4  Do I have to base the mirror on one from your catalogue?
  Yes we can only make mirrors to bespoke measurements etc. from our ‘Traditional Range’
 

5  What Finishes can I choose?
  You can have any of the finishes we provide i.e. Standard Gilt finish, Dutch Gold Leaf finish and 23Kt gold leaf finish in the ‘Gold’ finishes, Silver Leaf finish or in our ‘white’ finishes there is the Rubbed Gilt finish and the French wash finish. We can also paint the frames but we require the paint name and catalogue number as well as brand.

  6  Can you make any mirror?
  We can make any of the mirrors from our ‘Traditional Range’ to bespoke specifications, if you are in any doubt whether we can or cannot make a certain mirror bespoke please don’t hesitate to contact us. (Link to email phone numbers)
  7  Can you make mirrors to any size?
   We do have certain limitations on some styles but we will try to fulfil your requirements.
